So, I've spent this weekend partly working on some things I wanted to share with this community, or really share with anyone who could make use of it.
As you probably already have seen, I uploaded the Mac OS 9.1 Update disc a few days ago, and they are now available in Sheepmyshaver123:s archive also, links only though.
You can find it here: http://www.mediafire.com/?p8m51xplofytd
Today I also uploaded a stuffed .dmg containing a pre-installed folder of AppleWorks Swedish installation 6.2.4 which was included on the eMac installation disc. I now see that the version I'm reguarly using is 6.2.9 so I guess there must have been some automatic updates made, perhaps they are still there for anyone to download using the built-in Software Update in Mac OS X?

So, for the real goodies. I decided to re-install my eMac which I plan to sell soon. As I had finally found the installation disc this meant I was able to install and copy a completely fresh Mac OS 9.2.2-installation.
The file linked to can be used for a complete installation of Mac OS 9.2.2 on an eMac and maybe earlier released models, or you could just copy the system folder to your hard drive to run Classic from it.
If you want to clone the installation make sure to clone it in the Terminal using asr-command to a partition 7 GB or smaller.
Of course, the system installed is in Swedish but at least all of you will be able to run your applications in any language your want from it. So this is for anyone who want a fresh installation of Mac OS 9.2.2.
You could also try this installation to boot any Mac OS 9.2.2-compatible Macintosh. I cannot guarantee that it will work on any other model than the May 2003 eMac Combo edition (that came with a 60 GB hard drive installed) and I will take no responsibility at all if you mess up your computer using this installation.
There were only a few models released after the eMac Northern Lights that were able to boot into Mac OS 9. The Northern Lights Superdrive released at the same time as the Combo edition couldn't boot Mac OS 9 either. There is a possibility that this installation will work on all computers able to boot in Mac OS 9.2.2, I can't say for sure.
Please bring me feedback if try this installation!
I had an idea of installing Mac OS 9 system folders in all languages, but I was not able to do that. I managed to install an US-English version of Mac OS 10.2.4 without any problems at all, however it seems like I'm only able to install a Swedish version of the Mac OS 9 and also the bundled software from this disc. Very strange.
Anyway, you can find the file here:
