Does anyone have the original restore discs for the iBook G4 1.42Ghz (mid 2005) system. I tried ordering them from apple and they sent 2 discs that restore Tiger and the bundled applications, but Classic was not included. I bought this iBook for the sole reason of running OS 9 and older applications because its easier than running them in an emulator on my intel mac. So if anyone has the disc that has classic on it Please upload it.

those discs you want involve pirating and operating system that is not yet classified as abandonware aka mac os x 10.3 panther which was unsupported from apple in 2007.

im not looking for mac os x i have that. I need the classic disc which os 9 seems to be all over this site.

I uploaded the classic part of my G3 iBook's restore set a while ago. Maybe that'll work on your G4 too.
