SheepmyShaver,

You could combine all of these posts into one single thread. For example, create a post called "Interesting eBay Auctions" and post all future auctions in it.

All very interesting, but for those of us who actually use eBay to buy old Mac kit, we already have a range of saved searches, ie. "68k soonest", "G4 soonest", "Mac Software newest", "Macs local" using eBays comprehensive search engine.

Well, I'm thankful for this list and I would expect people who appreciate the Macintosh Garden to be also thankful for such listings.

This site is here for the preservation of abandoned Mac software and someone has posted a list of system software on authentic media. This has to be applauded.

Hi all,

Would someone in the States or Japan please do me the favour of bidding for the Mac OS 7.6J CD [1] please? I live in Europe and the seller is inflexible. Another idea would be to lend me a valid postal address in the States that I can use after biffing for it. I can then pay for it and specify this address for shipping.

We can work out how to pay for it and a suitable fee for the inconvenience caused once someone agrees to help.

Many thanks
soudesune

US:

I found NumberMaze for $30 at eBay.

Unfortunately (1) it's $30 and (2) it's for 512k (I have a shareware demo for the color version, though)

Anyone living in Western Australia wanting an instant Classic Mac collection?
An interesting ebay auction in Oz coming up:

B/W G3 - working
Centris 650 - working (has a great ROM for Basilisk II)
6100/66 + DOS card - working
Clamshell iBook (bright orange) - working (needs attention)
Lots of spare parts, keyboards, mice, etc.
